Biography of William Heyliger Dewhurst
William Heyliger Dewhurst matriculated as an Arts student at the University in 1824, along with his brothers James and John, who matriculated in 1820 and 1824 respectively.
Dewhurst was born at St Croix, the youngest son of Edward, a merchant.
He went on to graduate MD from Edinburgh in 1830.
