Biography of Donald McLaurin
Donald McLaurin matriculated at the University in 1826. He was the eldest of the Reverend John McLaurin of Lanark.
McLaurin became a surgeon, and practised at St Thomas in the Vale, Jamaica. He died on passage from Jamaica to St Helena, where he went for health benefits, in 1842.
