Biography of Peter Brodie
Peter Brodie matriculated at the University of Glasgow in 1819, studying classes in Latin and Greek. He was the fourth son of Donald and Mary Brodie of Pole, County Argyle. The family owned land and slaves on the Hampden Plantation in St Andrews Parish, Tobago.
