Biography of John Ross Wilson
John Ross Wilson attended the University in 1894. He was the son of Robert, a West India Merchant. Wilson distinguished himself in his sole year at the University winning prizes in Logic, Metaphysics and English Literature.
After attending the University, he seems to have been involved in a weaving business, alongside his brothers, James Wilson and Tom Taylor Wilson, based in Falkirk.
