John Patton 
Biography of John Patton
John Patton graduated MB ChB from the University in 1899. He was born in 1872 in Tullyfern in County Donegal, where his father, John, was a farmer.
Patton came to Glasgow in 1982 to study Medicine and lived at 4 Highburgh Road. He graduated on 20 July 1899 with an especially high mark in Clinical Medicine. After graduating returned to Ireland, where he was medical officer for almost forty years at Ederney in County Fermanagh.
