Biography of Michael Devers

Michael Devers graduated MB ChB from the University in 1917. He was born in 1882 in Clogherny, County Donegal, son of John, a farmer and flax merchant.

Devers enrolled at the University in 1909, aged 27, and lived on West Graham Street while he studied Medicine. He graduated on 21 July 1917, and returned to practise in Ireland. He is registered at Clougherny House, Carndonagh, county Donegal in the 1947 Medical Directory.
