Biography of Alexander Graham Smith
Alexander Graham Smith was born in Glasgow, son of Stewart, a merchant. He matriculated at the University of Glasgow in 1846.
He became a cotton broker in Liverpool, and died on 19 April 1862, at Sliema, Malta, aged 30.
