Biography of Alexander Fleming

Alexander Fleming attended the University for five years from 1933-38 to study Engineering. He was born in Ipoh, Malay States, son of Alexander, an engineer, and brother of medical graduate Hugh Alexander Fleming.

The family lived in Bearsden, Fraoch, Manse Road.
