Biography of Alexander Duncan Smart
Alexander Duncan Smart attended the University of Glasgow between 1933 and 1936.
He was born in 1921 in Valletta, Malta. His father, Alexander, was an army officer and originally from Aberdeenshire, Scotland. In 1933 Smart enrolled at the Faculty of Law to study Chartered Accountancy, taking classes in Mercantile Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Smart died at Dunblane in 1977.
