Biography of Robert Laws Moffat

Robert Laws Moffat graduated from the University MA in 1928.

He was born in Serenje, Zambia son of Malcolm Moffat, nephew of David Livingstone's wife, Mary Moffat, who was an agricultural missionary at the Overtoun Institute.

From 1925, Moffat attended classes in Latin, Mathematics, Political Economy, Logic, Botany, Civil Law, Constitutional Law, History, Geography, Law, Jurisprudence and Mercantile Law.
