Biography of Federico La Faye

Federico La Faye was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia, son of General Octavio La Faye López, general in the Bolivian Army.

La Faye was Consul of Bolivia at Glasgow from 1918,during which time he enrolled at the University, where he studied Political Economy for three years (1918-1920) under Professor William Scott.
