Biography of Cesar del Pino

Cesar del Pino, born in Chiapas, Mexico, son of Raúl, a medical docotor and one-time governor of Chiapas in 1893.

He enrolled at the University in 1909, a year before his brother, Jorge, to study Engineering. He took classes in Engineering Drawing, Chemistry and Natural Philosophy (Physics).
