Biography of Maung Kyaw Htin

Maung Kyaw Htin enrolled at the University during the summer of 1914 to study Agricultural Science. He was born in Pathein (formerly Bassein), Burma, son of W Tha Mo, a township officer.

In the summer of 1914, Htin attended the Professor John Ferguson's Chemistry class. He went on to take a further class in Chemistry as well as classes in Botany, Zoology, and Physics during the winter session.
