Biography of Sheng Zang Wang
Sheng Zang Wang graduated with a Bachelors of Science (BSc) on 20 April 1914. He was born in Shanghai, son of G.Z., a retired merchant and professor in educational science.
Wang first matriculated in 1910-11, aged 20, after an education at the Imperial Polytechnic College, Shanghai. He joined the Faculty of Science, and signed up for classes and advanced classes in Mathematics, Natural Philosophy (Physics), Chemistry, Physical Laboratory, Engineering, and Engineering laboratory and drawing. He was awarded a prize for the Engineering Laboratory Junior Course in 1912-13.
