Biography of Margaret Mary Hardy

Margaret Mary Hardy graduated MA from the University in 1904. She was born in Valparaíso, Chile, daughter of James, a marine engineer.

Hardy attended classes in English Literature, Language, Education, Moral Philosophy, Logic, French, Latin and Mathematics, graduating MA in 1904.

In 1916, she married Wilson Thomas, an engineer, in Bute, and resided in Glasgow.
