Biography of Hugh O'Hagan

Flight Sergeant Navigator Hugh O'Hagan was born in Glasgow and attended St Mungo's Academy. He studied at the University, graduating MA in 1942 and joined the RAF shortly afterwards.

O'Hagan was attached to the HQ, Middle East Force in Nicosia in Cyprus. He was the navigator aboard a Beaufighter which crashed when attempting to land after a firing exercise on 15 March 1945, and both O'Hagan and the pilot were killed.
